Marketing Code of Practice

While responsibility programs and marketing practices differ from country to country, all of our brands and regions are united under the Beam Suntory Marketing Code of Practice.

Our leadership stance on responsibility starts with a commitment to compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and industry codes in each jurisdiction. Beyond that, as a further commitment to responsibility leadership, our global code establishes a heightened and consistent standard of responsibility for how we market our brands throughout the world.

While Beam Suntory has voluntarily implemented our Global Marketing Code of Practice, it is mandatory that all our brands and regions follow its guidelines, regardless of their location in the world.

The Global Marketing Code of Practice covers all forms of brand marketing – from advertising, consumer promotions, merchandising, brand web sites, point of sale, direct marketing, product development and product placement to consumer events.
