With an ambition to position Beam Suntory as the world’s most admired and fastest-growing premium spirits company, Neeraj would be spearheading the India growth chapter to accelerate the growth strategies driving sustained market performance though greater commercial agility.
Neeraj is a veteran strategy leader with over 25 years of experience in consumer marketing, business transformation, building brands and driving commercial sales. During his 16 year stint at Beam Suntory, Neeraj has played a pivotal role in driving the positioning of Teacher’s in India as a front runner in the scotch category. Furthermore, he is responsible for driving sales and marketing of Beam Suntory’s extensive and exquisite portfolio - Jim Beam, Laphroaig and Maker’s Mark. In his previous role as the Marketing Director in Asia at Beam Suntory, Neeraj was responsible for the design and execution of regional brand strategies to grow the premium spirits portfolio across a multitude of markets in South-East Asia including China, Taiwan and Korea.
Prior to Beam Suntory India, Neeraj served in roles of increasing responsibility at PepsiCo Nepal and Electrolux India, where he rose to the position of Vice President Marketing & Strategy at Electrolux Major Appliances.
