To Support our Internlocal Marketing Team located in Frankfurt, Germany, we are searching for a

Senior Brand Manager (m(f) Malts & Premium Brands


Key tasks include:
• Development, implementation and tracking of the annual brand plans
• Development, implementation and tracking of consumer and brand activations
• Management and Control of the brands annual Marketing Budget
• Prepare the launch of new products and annual limited editions
• Definition and tracking of brand KPIs
• Close cooperation with the international brand teams on key projects
• For 3rd party brands: Prepare QBRs and serve as a key contact for the brand owner together with the Marketing Manager
• Agency Management and coordination: Media, PR, Creative, BTL, Social/Digital agency
• Development of annual media plans together with the Marketing Manager
• Cross functional working with key departments to achieve annual targets and objectives (sales, trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain,….)

Qualifications & Experience



• University degree-MBA or equivalent
• Min. 6 years of experience working in local or international Marketing, ideally in the Spirits or categories with strong emotional Marketing relevance
• Proven experience in delivering long-term strategies and inspiring, successful activation plans
• Proven project Management and P&L Management experience
• Strong leadership and strategic influencing skills
• Fluent English and German
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office


• Experience working in different Marketing and/or sales roles
• Experience working for premium/luxury brands
• Experience working in an international environment
• Experience in working in or knowledge of the retail and on-trade market•
