Position Mission


Managing the Supply Chain finance process for the global Emerging Asia & Asia Pacific Travel Retail. Ensuring SCM costs are budgeted, tracked & under control, provide financial expertise on SCM projects


  • Control logistic budgets for Emerging Asia & Asia Pacific Travel retail:
  • Support the logistic budget elaboration for all the platforms
  • Ensure proper loading of logistic cost case rate in SAP for accruals
  • Control 3PL invoices and ensure proper recording in SAP
  • Work closely with GBS & controlling team to understand logistic cost management in SAP and make sure it is managed properly & efficiently
  • Control budget vs actuals vs accruals and highlight Risks & Opportunities


  • Cost savings initiatives & projects:
  • Support the SCM team on cost savings initiatives simulation, monitoring & reporting
  • Lead the cost initiatives improvement plan
  • Support SCM team in any projects requiring cost analysis & follow up
  • Reporting:
  • Support the team in preparing monthly reporting (Inventory projection, savings, stock level…)
  • Provide the inventory cash requirements to the central finance team, working closely with market teams to validate the projections & assumptions
  • Key user & designer for tableau reporting tool
  • Support SCM director with the monthly SCM MBR process
  • S&OP:
  • Work with the commercial financial team and demand planner to prepare & upload the Budget/ LE in SAP in value & volume
  • Work with local finance team to elaborate an accurate value forecast
  • Review & valuate SLOBs, disposal, work closely with commercial finance to ensure successful stock clearance
  • Other:
  • Support SCM team for Audit and ensure follow up & that the actions defined during the audit are implemented timely
  • Work with Tax department to be able to leverage on FTA whenever it is possible
  • Work with SCM director to evaluate the impact on the new business initiatives on the team and the overheads
  • Ensure sales price are properly managed and updated in the system
  • Projects:
  • Involve in operational projects related to supply chain
  • Simplify/ improve logistic cost management in SAP
  • Participate to continuous improvement plan
  • Set up of SCM financial process covering new markets or new requirement for the existing market


Any other related duties as assigned from time to time by your manager


Qualifications & Experience


Master or Bachelor in Finance, Business with experience in operation/ supply chain/ manufacturing department

At least 5 years experience

Speaking English , Chinese is a plus
