Talk show host in Australia for the first time to promote Skinnygirl® Cocktails
Deerfield, Ill. – February 22, 2013 – Bethenny Frankel, creator of Skinnygirl® Cocktails, touched down in Australia this week for a promotional tour to celebrate Australia’s first low calorie, ready-to-serve cocktail brand.
Bethenny made her first visit to the country to spread the word about Skinnygirl® Cocktails – the popular range of ready-to-serve cocktails she created for like-minded women who want a low calorie and convenient option when drinking cocktails at home and with friends. The product line in Australia includes Skinnygirl® Margarita and Skinnygirl® White Cranberry Cosmo, each containing fewer than 100 calories per 100ml serve.
“It was only last year that Skinnygirl® Margarita and Skinnygirl® White Cranberry Cosmo were launched into the Australian marketplace, and I’ve been so inspired by how quickly Australians have embraced our delicious low cal, ready-to-serve cocktails,” said Frankel. “I wanted to thank them in person. In a two-day whirlwind trip, the talk show host, natural food chef and best-selling author experienced the very best that Sydney has to offer. For her first ever public appearance in Australia, Bethenny took the opportunity to get up close and personal with some of Australia’s favorite furry friends in her first ever Koala encounter at the WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo.
Frankel later hosted an exclusive party at the iconic Sydney Opera House, where she treated guests to a live demonstration on how to accessorize and tailor the delicious cocktail range for a night in with friends.
