Deerfield, Ill. – June 25, 2013 – Beam Inc. [NYSE:BEAM], one of the world’s leading premium spirits companies, has appointed Pryce Greenow to the newly created position of Managing Director Emerging Markets, South America. In this role, Greenow will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and driving growth opportunities for Beam’s portfolio of brands across attractive South American markets.

Greenow’s career at Beam spans eight years in an array of sales and marketing leadership positions with increasing responsibility. Most recently, Greenow served as Vice President Group General Manager for the U.S. and Mexico, a commercially-focused role with additional responsibilities for Strategy, Activation and Revenue Management for the North American region. Greenow has also led significant business integration projects at Beam, including for the acquisitions of Skinnygirl Cocktails in 2011 and Pinnacle Vodka in 2012.
Greenow will be relocating from Chicago to South America over the next several months. His appointment is effective July 15.
