Toronto, ON – June 6, 2011 – The Courvoisier brand announces the latest stage of its 'Revolutionary Spirit' campaign with the introduction of the Courvoisier Collective. Beginning June 6, 2011, Courvoisier will be accepting art submissions at, with the purpose of reinventing the revolutionary power of art together with the local art community.

Courvoisier is seeking artistic submissions from inspired artists intrigued by the unique opportunity to showcase their work around the city of Toronto. The three winning entries will be determined by an esteemed panel of representatives from the art community and will appear on high-traffic urban billboards and PATH posters. All submissions will also be eligible for the Gallery Award call, where selected works, chosen by online votes and the judging panel, will be exhibited at Gallery 1313, a well-known art hub located at 1313 Queen West in downtown Toronto from August 10-September 4, 2011.

The Courvoisier Collective will provide local artists with space to display their art, while connecting the art community and creating exposure for the best and brightest local talents.

  • July 15, 2011 – Deadline for ‘Gallery Award’ submission showcase at Gallery 1313. Selection is based on public and judging committee votes
  • Aug 5, 2011 – Final day for public to cast votes on ‘Gallery Award’ submissions
  • Aug 5-8, 2011 – ‘Gallery Award’ winners selected for display at Gallery 1313
  • Aug 10, 2011 – Gallery Opening Event
  • Aug 11 – Sept 4, 2011 – ‘Gallery Awarded’ Exhibition at Gallery 1313
