Kent Rose

SVP, General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer and Secretary

Kent Rose serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer and Secretary for Beam Suntory, the world’s third largest premium spirits company. Rose has served in this role since 2001 and is responsible for oversight of the company’s legal, intellectual property, compliance and risk management strategies and initiatives.

His previous experience includes 15 years at Fortune Brands, Inc., where a significant portion of his time was devoted to Beam’s legal and business issues. During that time, Rose held several positions including Vice President, Associate General Counsel & Assistant Secretary, and Associate General Counsel. Rose also worked as an Associate Attorney for Chadbourne & Parke and Day, Berry & Howard, corporate law firms in the Metro New York area.

Rose is a graduate of Lawrence University. He earned his Juris Doctor at Boston University and his Masters in Government at Harvard University.

Rose resides in Northbrook, Ill., with his family.
