What is your leadership philosophy?

Albert: Leadership is about inspiring and helping the organization to succeed.

What was your first job?

Albert: Fishing sea urchins at the age of 12 and selling them on the beach for pocket money.

What do you like to do with your free time outside of work? Hobbies etc.

Albert: In addition to traveling and discovering new places with my family, I exercise regularly and occasionally participate in triathlons.

What’s your Beam drink of choice?

Albert: Maker’s Mark Mint Julip.

If you could have drinks with any person (living or dead) who would you choose?

Albert: Nelson Mandela. His wisdom and courageous leadership are very inspiring.

How do you Unleash your Spirit?

Albert: With the rest of the International team, we are building the ‘defining global region’ for Beam Suntory and Suntory Holdings. We develop winning brands and markets across borders and locally. We develop world-class talent who outperform the competition. We chase growth with a Yatte Minahare spirit and remain true to the Beam Suntory values.
